Terms

Your price is shown before you book. It is confirmed with you before any work starts, and it does not move after. If the confirmed number is different from your estimate, you can say no and owe nothing.

When the work is done. We send an invoice by email and you pay by card. There is no deposit on a first job.

Free up to 48 hours before your day. Inside 48 hours, if your crew already bought material for your home, we pass that cost through and nothing more.

We do not go on a roof in ice, high wind, or lightning. If your day is called off for weather we move it to the next open day and tell you.

Lights supplied and stored, back on your house next year. The lights, clips and timers stay with us between seasons and the same lights come back.
